Project Overview
Bringing Nature Back to Play
We're transforming the Meadow Lane playground into a NaturEscape – a thriving natural play space where children can explore, families can connect, and nature can flourish.
Working with Oxford City Council and Nature Effect CIC, our community-led project will enhance the existing playground with natural elements including a child-safe pond, log circle, wildflower areas, and sensory gardens – while preserving all the current play equipment.
Our vision combines the best of natural play with inclusive design principles to create a space that welcomes everyone, from toddlers to teenagers, parents to grandparents.
